描述：
从神经元组织/培养细胞中分离突触体对于理解神经系统疾病的机制至关重要。突触体中含有直径为80-200nm 的突触小泡，这些突触小泡在信号传输中起重要作用。传统分离突触体是使用密度超高速离心方法，步骤相对繁琐和耗时，且起始样品量需求高。Minute™ 突触体分离试剂盒是一种简单、快速可从新鲜/冷冻的神经元组织/培养细胞中分离突触体的方法。本试剂盒不使用杜恩斯均浆器和超高速离心机，仅需约10-50mg 起始样品, 操作过程不到1 小时即可完成突触体的分离。本试剂盒使用无表面活性剂的缓冲体系，可获得天然的突触体相关蛋白。

SY3000发酵罐系统操作规范 一、灭菌的操作 1. 关闭所有供水管路及空气管路。开启蒸汽管路阀门。同时稍开启发酵罐夹套的排气阀门，排放夹套剩水。 2. 开启发酵罐搅拌电机，转速至200rpm，使发酵液受热均匀。当温度升到95℃以上时，即可停止搅拌。然后待温度升至121℃（罐压在0.1～0.12Mpa）时即可计时开始。 3. 当计时开始后，发酵时间一般为20-30分钟
