BD生物科学一直致力于为科研工作者提供完整的流式解决方案。BDTMCBA(Cytometric Bead Array)技术是基于包被抗体的微球并利用流式细胞仪同时对多种蛋白质进行定量分析的创新性技术。每种微球具有特定的荧光强度，可以在一个试管中混合同 时进行检测。与传统的ELISA和Western Blot技术相比，该种方法需要的样本量小，检测速度更快。BDTMCBA试剂盒包括：固定待测指标预先组合的CBA kits、可配置检测方法、研究者可自由组合检测指标的CBA Flex kits。BDTMCBA技术可以应用于药物研发、免疫疾病（细胞因子）、肿瘤生物学等众多领域研究，它已经被全世界科研工作者广泛使用，相应发表的文献众多。
BD CBA技术的检测对象是分泌到液相样本中的可溶性蛋白，如细胞因子、趋化因子、炎症因子等等；目前固定好的试剂盒有Th1/Th2 CBA kit，Th1/Th2/Th17CBA kit，趋化因子CBA kit，炎症因子CBA kit及过敏毒素CBA kit等。自由组合的试剂可检测的种类 人的有61种，小鼠的27种，大鼠的6种。具体的因子如下：
