    Description

    The BD™ CBA Mouse Inflammation Kit can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 (MCP-1), Interferon-γ (IFN-γ), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interleukin-12p70 (IL-12p70) protein levels in a single sample. The kit performance has been optimized for analysis of specific proteins in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples. The kit provides sufficient reagents for 80 tests.

    BD CBA技术的检测对象是分泌到液相样本中的可溶性蛋白,如细胞因子、趋化因子、炎症因子等等;目前固定好的试剂盒有Th1/Th2 CBA kit,Th1/Th2/Th17CBA kit,趋化因子CBA kit,炎症因子CBA kit及过敏毒素CBA kit等。自由组合的试剂可检测的种类 人的有61种,小鼠的27种,大鼠的6种。具体的因子如下:
