检测细胞的VEGF表达量，因为是分泌型蛋白，成熟体都分泌在胞外，大部分文献都是取细胞培养液上清做Elisa。
如果实验要求不能检测上清液，可否用Elisa检测细胞内部的VEGF表达？
胞内胞外的VEGF表达量是平行的，还是相对的？

那么是不是内部表达的VEGF高了，就说明细胞分泌在胞外的也高？二者的量是平行的吗？

你自己要学会检索啊。我用“intracellular VEGF detection”在google.com里搜索了一下，第四个结果就有用ELISA检测胞内VEGF的报道。

For intracellular levels of VEGF, 5x 106 cells from each cell line were washed in RPMI x2, snap frozen in liquid nitrogen, and then thawed at 37°C. The snap freezing and thawing was repeated two more times. Cellular debris was then spun down and supernatant saved for analysis.
