也称围口水管（circumoral water vessel）或环水管（ ring water vissel， circular water ves－ sel）。是在棘皮动物水管系统中其围绕在咽部的环状部分。由此引出 5条辐步管达到反口极，此外还附有波里氏囊和铁特孟氏体（海星类）经过一条石管由体表的多孔体开口于外界。
