        诺真法 Northern method

        指凝胶电泳分离的RNA在保持电泳的状态下，移于重氮苄羟甲基纸或硝基纤维素滤膜上的技术方法。以放射性同位素标记的 DNA为探测剂进行杂交，来测定具有互补的 RNA链，或用以测定前体 RN。因此法与以前邵真（ E． M． Southern）创造的移 DNA的邵真氏法相反，而是将 RNA移于膜上，所以与 Southern（南）对应而称为 Northern（北）法。（参见邵真氏法、 DNA－ RNA杂交）。
