亦称精细管。是构成脊椎动物睾丸主要部分的小管，接近管壁部分首先是精原细胞，接着朝向内腔，进行重复分裂或变态，按精母细胞，精细胞、精子等的顺序排列着。 另外接连管壁的有支持细胞，从精原细胞到精子的全部细胞，都附着于支持细胞上。细精管从发生学上看，是由来自胚上皮的性索产生出的管腔而形成的。在细精管内产生出来的精子，通过接续细精管的输精小管、输精管等而排出。
