　　〔 1〕鸟类、爬行类等脊椎动物输卵管内分泌卵壳的腺体。是围绕在吸虫类和绦虫类卵腔周围的单细胞腺的集合体。以前认为可形成卵壳，现在称为梅氏腺（ Menlis腺）或雌性附属腺。

　　〔 2〕为存在于寡毛类生殖体节（ generativa segments，有生殖器官的体节）腹面体壁上的腺体，能分泌存于卵袋（ cocoon）中的蛋白质也称蛋白腺；而卵壳本身是环带的腺细胞分泌的。
