涡虫类和外寄生吸虫类由其成卵腔附近发出的连接右侧（极少数为左侧）肠枝的小管。一般认为它能将多余的生殖物质（特别是精子）送入肠管，具有吸收或排出之功能。亦称卵黄（肠）管（yolk duct，vitello－intestinal duct），有人认为它与吸虫纲复殖亚纲（内寄生）的劳氏管相同。
