前胸腺激素 prothoracic gland hormone

由昆虫的前胸腺或与其相同的器官分泌的激素。于蜕皮时分泌，具有促进蜕皮和蛹化。成虫化等变态的作用。所以也称为蜕皮激素或变态激素。最近通过对前胸腺单独的器官培养，已明确其所生成和分泌的激素是蜕皮激素（ a-ecdyson）。
