        Published siRNA Target Sequences

April 2003 - The significant increase in the rate of publication of siRNA target sequences has made it difficult to maintain a comprehensive list of these sequences. Therefore, we will no longer be updating this list. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The following siRNA target sequences have been used in published gene silencing experiments. The extent of silencing, which was assessed by various methods including immunodetection, Western blotting, and phenotypic analysis, varied among the targets. Please see the indicated references for experimental details.
