静止期 stationary phase

在细胞培养中，培养液中的细胞密度随着培养的进行，超过一定限度的高值，增殖速度下降，不久细胞数的增加便停止下来，此时期称为静止期；如果继续培养下去，则进入衰亡期，活细胞数目减少（参见细菌生长期）。进入静止期的原因，是由于营养不足和细胞产生的有害物质的积累，以及氧的供给速度下降等因素造成的。一般随着静止期的接近，培养群的细胞龄的分布出现偏向，细胞周期的G1期细胞比率多有增高。
