应激反应转移 stress shift 产生应激反应时，脑垂体前叶活动的重点移向分泌促肾上腺皮质激素和生长激素，促性腺激素、促甲状腺激素的分泌降低，此称为应激反应转移。但不一定在所有的场合都出现这种转移。
