草履虫及酵母菌的一种遗传性状。某一品系在接合过程中能杀死另一品系，杀死系统一方称致死者或放毒型，被杀系统一方称敏感者或敏感型。致死者的性状可进行细胞质遗传。草履虫当其细胞质中具有独立增殖的k 粒子和有维持其存在的核基因 K 时，即成为致死者；酵母菌则是胞质中具有 k 和保持其存在的核基因 M 及 Pet s成为致死者。
