囊肿 cyst

由结缔织组等构成固有的壁，内腔含有流动性液体的囊。和囊腺瘤不同，它不是肿瘤，有先天性的和后天性的。前者有胚胎期的管裂，如鳃裂呈囊状扩张而残留者，以及由于腺样脏器的发生障碍所形成的肾囊肿、肝囊肿等。后者有因皮脂腺、胰腺、肾脏等腺排泄管阻塞所致的潴留囊肿（retention eyst）和甲状腺、卵巢等内分泌腺所发生的滤泡性囊肿（ folli- cular cyst），此外还有因寄生虫寄生，例如狗绦虫 [棘球绦虫（ Echinococcus granulosus） ]所致的囊肿。另外植物寄生性的异皮线虫等其附着于宿主的根部的虫体也能形成囊肿。
