浸出法 dip method

亦称浸渍法。是指用电子显微镜为了简便地检验植物病毒质粒所采用的样品制备法。作法是先把有病的茎、叶的切口浸在铜网样品涂膜上的蒸馏水中，再对被水浸出的病毒质粒用阴影（shadowing）或负染处理后放在电子显微镜下观察。
