苔藓层 moss layer

　　指由藓类和苔类群落组成的紧贴地表面的一层。森林下的阴湿地和水湿地（高位沼泽、冻原等）相当发达。前者主要是耐弱光的微光性植物（德 Dǎ mm-erungspflanzen）。该层之下还有藻类层（ algaelayer，德 Algenschicht）。生活于地表附近的昆虫等小动物非常多。
