植物体充满分泌物的囊状细胞间隙。开始分泌的分泌物在细胞内呈滴状，随着数量的逐渐增加，细胞质逐渐减少，细胞壁遂破裂形成破生细胞间隙，进一步扩大而成袋状。芸香科（Rutaceae）、海桐花属（Pittosporum）、酢浆草属（Oxalis）等的油囊是裂生分泌囊的扩大者，通常存在叶、茎的表皮下或更深的部位。对花椒属（Zanthoxylum）的分泌囊进行更多的研究。
