这是指构成各孟德尔群体的所有个体的全部基因。也可认为是孟德尔群体中各个体所共有的基因库分离组合所构成的各种基因型。当群体为无限大，无论哪一种基因型都具有同样的繁殖能力，在突变压为 0的情况下，基因库中各基因的相对比率每代都相同。
