亦称围心腔腺。
（ 1）系位于软体动物围心腔壁上的一种形态复杂的腺体，略呈褐色。腺状部由围心腔壁的细胞分化而成，可将体腔内产生的废物（马尿酸等）排至围心腔，经肾管（包耶纳氏器）排出体外。瓣鳃类的凯勃氏器（ Kebers organ）即属此型。
（ 2）系围心细胞集中所成的内分泌腺样器官，见于竹节虫类等。
