    皮脂腺 sebaceous gland

    哺乳类皮肤腺的一种，除掌跖面之外分布全身，与毛囊密切相关连。在无毛的部位（口唇、龟头、小阴唇等）也有，但是在这里也能看到毛囊的痕迹。它是囊状腺，腺体在真皮中，排出管开口于毛囊部。腺细胞是立方的小细胞，其中逐渐蓄积脂肪，最后包括核全部破坏；腺体分泌脂肪样物质。用以滑润毛发和皮肤，防止干燥。是全浆分泌最适合的例子。是表皮性毛囊贴近表皮细胞呈索状伸入皮下结缔组织形成的。
