头足类的排泄器，呈淡褐色，是朝背腹方向弯曲的薄壁囊，有1—2对，内端（肾口）开口于围心腔，外端开口于外套腔。是送血液入鳃的静脉（入鳃血管）壁上的腺样组织及鳃心脏的腺样附属物，也具有排泄机能，其排泄物也排送到这种肾囊中。内腔是真体腔的一部分，称为泄腔（urocoele）。乌贼、章鱼类的肾囊中；常常寄生着许多二胚虫。
