初级胚层 primary germ layer

　　如对原肠胚的外层和内层广义地称为外胚层和内胚层，在中胚层于两者之间形成后，则将此外胚层和内胚层称为初级胚层，中胚层称为次级胚层（ secondarygerm layer）。另外原肠胚的外、内两层由于是外、中、内三胚层分化前的胚层，所以有的把它分别称为原外胚层（ epiblast）和原内胚层（ kypoblast）。
