即纺锤体(spindle)，是在有丝分裂期间, 从中心粒形成的各种微管, 包括动粒粒微管、极微管、星体微管等，它们的功能是将染色体均等分配到两个子细胞。中期有丝分裂器的半数纺锤体微管源自极中心体, 因此, 有丝分裂器的形成首先依赖于中心体的复制, 并分别移动到两极。
