胃电（gastric electrogram）

　　用细胞外电极紧触于胃肌层表面以记录胃平滑肌的肌电信号。将电极植入肌层内记录胃电，称胃肌电图。用皮肤表面电极与体内胃对应位置的腹壁记录的胃电活动，称胃电图（ elec-trogastrogram， EGG）。胃运动起步点是支配胃电节律的部位。位于胃大弯侧上部，贲门和胃底部中央处的纵肌区域。此处内在电节律比胃的其它部位高，并有起步点细胞。慢波电位即由起步点开始，往幽门方向传播。在体起步点频率的慢波向胃窦部传播并决定胃窦的慢波频率。
