碧云天生产的MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids Solution (100X),简称NEAAS (100X)或NAAS (100X),中文名为MEM非必需氨基酸溶液(100X),是一种经过过滤除菌并可以直接使用的包含多种非必须氨基酸的常用细胞培养添加剂,可促进细胞生长和存活。
本产品包含甘氨酸(Glycine)、L-丙氨酸(L-Alanine)、L-天冬酰胺(L-Asparagine)、L-天冬氨酸(L-Aspartic acid)、L-谷氨酸(L-Glutamic acid)、L-脯氨酸(L-Proline)和L-丝氨酸(L-Serine)共7种非必需氨基酸。本产品为100X,按1:100加入到培养基中的终浓度为0.1mM,与标准MEM培养基的非必需氨基酸组份及浓度完全一致,所以称为MEM Non-Essential Amino Acids Solution。本产品的组分如下:

MEM (Minimum Essential Medium)是一种合成培养基,由平衡盐溶液、氨基酸、维生素和葡萄糖组成,这些组份是细胞生长的必需组份。MEM及其它标准培养基中也可添加非必需氨基酸以增加营养,促进细胞生长和存活,减少体外细胞的生物合成负担。
本产品中的非必需氨基酸为细胞培养级别,每种氨基酸的浓度为10mM,配制在细胞培养级超纯水中,经过过滤除菌,可以直接用于细胞培养等用途。使用前不必再进行过滤等除菌处理。
