      品名:肉桂醛化学名称:β-苯丙烯醛俗称:桂醛,桂皮醛英文名:Trans-Cinnamaldehyde分子式:C9H8O CAS:104-55-2性状:无色或浅黄色液体,具有独特的桂油辛香味。在自然界中存在于桂油中,通常以合成方法来制备。在工业上主要通过苯甲醛和乙醛在稀碱的存在下缩合而成。它是一种黄色强折光的液体,遇光和空气变成暗棕色粘稠液体,具有桂油的特殊气味和烧焦芳香味道,稍溶于水,溶于乙醇和乙醚中,不溶于石油醚中。其主要理化性质如下(见武汉远城Q/WYC12-2002标准):分析项目质量

    • 抗真菌中药

      ,随着药物作用时间的延长,细胞膜改变更加明显,线粒体膜、核膜破损,导致细胞内容物渗漏,破坏细胞的正常代谢而致细胞死亡。   肉桂   在对肉桂醛的抗黄曲霉作用及超微结构的研究中发现,肉桂醛有明显的抗黄曲霉作用。主要是通过破坏真菌细胞壁,使药物渗入真菌细胞内,破坏细胞器而起到杀菌作用。   柠檬   在柠檬中提取的柠檬醛有抗真菌作用。应用生化化学方法并结合电镜,观察柠檬醛作用于黄曲霉后线粒体形态的变化。结果显示,柠檬醛处理组线粒体发生不规则增加,形态不规则

    • 免疫检测试剂中常用的防腐剂

      血清的防腐用0.1g/L硫酸庆大霉素和0.2ml/L肉桂醛。 6.        防污染可添加0.02%的叠氮钠,或0.01%的硫柳汞。叠氮钠在多数情况下有用且有效,但在有些实验中却不合适,因为它能阻断细胞的电子传递链,对许多生物体都有毒性,因此不能用于活体实验;因为含有氨基而能干扰许多标记方法;不能用于辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗体。而硫柳汞不含氨基,不影响基质的稳定性。如果将抗体应用于生物活性检测、体内实验,一般不使用任何防腐剂,这些实验用的抗体应少量分装冷存,切忌反复冻融。 7.
