【背景知识】
5-羟色胺是一种吲哚衍生物，简称5-HT，化学式为C10H12N2O，分子量为176.22。
5-羟色胺最早是从血清中发现的，又名血清素，广泛存在于哺乳动物组织中，特别在大脑皮层质及神经突触内含量很高，它也是一种抑制性神经递质。
