【背景知识】
来自人类多形核粒细胞的人多形核白细胞弹性蛋白酶是一种30 kDa的糖蛋白，属于丝氨酸蛋白酶。刺激或解体后，活性PMN弹性蛋白酶从嗜中性粒细胞的嗜铜粒释放。
