使用Poly-Prep柱堆叠盖将Poly-Prep柱连接至泵和储液罐或串联连接柱。
预装Poly-Prep ®离于交换柱
预装Ploy-Prep柱用于重力流层析的样品制备和其它小规模试验。带有刻度的聚**层析柱装填有2 ml AGO离子交换填料，填料上端有一个10ml储液器。同时也提供Ploy- Prep带luer接头的盖子，可方便层析柱与泵、储液器或柱串联使用。
