基质:氮川三乙酸(NTA*)预固化的羧甲基化右旋糖酐。 多聚组氨酸标记分子通过Ni?2+/NTA螯合作用进行固化。 标记分子相互作用相关信息,比如重组蛋白,对被标记蛋白相关其他技术所获取的信息进行补充。
