利用对组胺的特异性对抗，以抑制平滑肌兴奋及其他作用的药物。其代表有与苯氧乙胺相类似的化合物。如对中枢神经系统有强抑制作用的苯海拉明（diphenhydramin=benadryl）、乙二胺（ ethyl－ enediamine）衍生物、呱嗪类（ piperazine），吩噻嗪（ phenothiazine）衍生物、咪唑啉（ imidazo－ line）衍生物等。通过与组胺效应器的受体争先结合、同组胺的作用相对抗。也就是对支气管平滑肌收缩，肠蠕动亢进、惊厥，子宫收缩等有明显的抑制
