首先，一定要保证足够的饮水量 ( 饮水量不足容易导致死鼠); 其次，高血糖和低血糖都会造成死鼠，避免死鼠可以通过注射胰岛素或暂时补糖，两种途径： 1 、常见为血糖过高。补胰岛素法，补一些中效胰岛素。例如给诺和灵n 或NPH( 中性鱼精蛋白锌胰岛素), 每次2--3 个单位, 过了3-5 天，大鼠一般死亡率就低了；2 、补糖法，禁食后的鼠，注射的时候已经处于低血糖状态，造模4 小时后腹腔注射百分之20 的葡萄糖，可避免因注射时血糖过低死鼠
