产品使用
1、推荐使用无菌水重悬冻干粉，溶液浓度不低于 100μg/mL，并静置至少 20min 以充分溶解.
2、重悬后的溶液可进一步稀释分装，置于 2-8℃有效期 1个月，-20℃至-80℃有效期 3 个月；避免反复冻融.
3、重悬液进一步稀释分装时，须添加一定量的载体蛋白（0.1%BSA、10%FBS 或 5%HSA），无血清实验需求时，可更换为 5%海藻糖溶液作为载体.
