| 末端转移酶（TdT）是一种不依赖于模板的DNA聚合酶，催化脱氧核苷酸结合到DNA分子的3’羟基端。带有突出、凹陷或平滑末端的单双链DNA分子均可作为TdT的底物，加尾长度可达5~300nt。该末端转移酶（TdT）分子量为58.3 kDa，无5’和3’核酸外切酶活性，反应中加入Co2+可提高加尾效率。该酶广泛用于DNA的3’末端添加同聚物、利用修饰碱基（如ddNTP，DIGdUTP）标记DNA 3’末端、TdT介导的dUTP 缺口末端标记技术（细胞凋亡的原位检测）等试验。该酶经检测无DNA内切酶和外切酶污染，不含RNase。 | ||||||||||
