Goledn MLV Reverse Transcriptase
| Golden MLV反转录酶是海基在鼠源病毒反转录酶基础上进行改良而得的第四代反转录酶，通过定点突变去除了RNase H活性，从而避免反转录过程中降解RNA。同时经过突变文库筛选，使得其热稳定性更强，可耐受55℃高温反应。相比于传统42℃条件下反转录反应，采用55℃反转录可更好地打开RNA二级结构，从而提高复杂RNA模板的扩增性能、提高反转录cDNA的长度和产量，因此能更好地提高后续检测的灵敏度。 |  |
