    生长激素分泌因子受体的内源性配体——饥饿素（Ghrelin），主要在胃中合成。它刺激食物摄入，并向调控能量稳态的下丘脑调节核传递信号。饥饿素在外周循环中以两种形式存在：酰化型和非酰化型。饥饿素（大鼠非酰化型）EIA试剂盒是一种竞争性检测方法，可用于定量血液或血浆样本中非酰化型饥饿素的含量。Ghrelin is an endogenous ligand for the growth hormone secretagogue receptor that is synthesized principally in the stomach. It stimulates food intake and transduces signals to hypothalamic regulatory nuclei that control energy homeostasis. Ghrelin is present in the peripheral circulation in two forms: acylated and unacylated. The Ghrelin (rat unacylated) EIA kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of the unacylated form of ghrelin in blood or plasma samples.
