Western Blot Analysis:
HeLa cell lysate was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF, and probed with anti-TRF1, clone BED5 57-6 (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates TRF1.
Species Cross-Reactivity Western Blot Analysis:
50μg whole cell extracts from mouse, human, monkey, hamster, and rat were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF, and probed with anti-TRF1, clone BED57 5-6.

Immunofluorescence Analysis:
HeLa cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with anti-TRF1, clone BED5 57-6 (1:100) for 2 hours at room temp. Cy3 conjugated anti-mouse IgG (1/250).
