产品活性：CMS-121 是一种喹诺酮衍生物，也是一种口服活性的乙酰辅酶 A 羧化酶 1 (acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1, ACC1) 抑制剂。CMS-121 分别以 EC50 值 为 7 nM 和 200 nM 来保护 HT22 细胞免受缺血和氧化损伤。CMS-121 具有强大的神经保护，抗炎，抗氧化和肾保护作用。

In Vitro: CMS-121 (1 µM; 4 hours; HT22 cells) treatment increases the phosphorylation of ACC1 at serine 79. CMS-121 can increase acetyl-CoA in cells.
In Vivo: CMS-121 (~20 mg/kg; oral administration; daily; for 4 months; female SAMP8 mice) treatment reduces cognitive decline as well as metabolic and transcriptional markers of aging in the brain when administered to rapidly aging SAMP8 mice. CMS-121 preserves mitochondrial homeostasis by regulating acetyl-coenzyme A (acetyl-CoA) metabolism.
