    成纤维细胞生长因子 10(FGF10)是成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)家族
    的成员。FGF 家族成员具有广泛的有丝分裂和细胞存活活性，参与多种
    生物过程，包括胚胎发育、细胞生长、形态形成、组织修复、肿瘤生长
    和侵袭。FGF10 对角质化表皮细胞显示有丝分裂活性，但对成纤维细胞
    基本没有活性，这与 FGF7 的生物活性相似。FGF10 在胚胎发育、细胞
    增殖和细胞分化的调控中发挥重要作用。正常的分枝形态发生需要
    FGF10。它可能在伤口愈合中发挥作用。FGF10 缺陷是常染色体显性再
    生障碍性泪腺和唾液腺(ALSG)的原因。ALSG 有不同的表达能力，受影
    响的个体可能有泪腺、腮腺、下颌腺和舌下腺发育不全或发育不全以及
    泪点缺失。这种疾病的特点是眼睛容易发炎、复发性眼部感染、溢泪(持
    续流泪)和口干症(口腔干燥)，这会增加牙齿腐蚀、龋齿、牙周病和口腔
    感染的风险。
