gDNA removal kit
从RNA提取物中快速去除gDNA
gDNA removal kit使用不耐热的dsDNase（heat labile dsDNase）在逆转录之前，从RNA提取物中去除gDNA。
本产品基于重组的热不稳定dsDNase，该酶在低温下不可逆地失活。这使得在灭活步骤中，仅仅加热至中等温度（58°C），就足够温和地保留所有存在的RNA的质量和数量。可以在同一管中进行逆转录，从而更大程度地减少了移液步骤并减少了操作时间。
