新型冠状病毒S-RBD蛋白由义翘神州自主研发,蛋白纯度经过SDS-PAGE电泳检测超过95%。新型冠状病毒S蛋白由哺乳动物HEK293细胞表达,蛋白结构更接近天然结构。经过活性检测,此新型冠状病毒S蛋白具有良好的ACE2结合活性。新型冠状病毒重组蛋白有457个氨基酸构成,预计分子量为51.5 kDa。新型冠状病毒S-RBD蛋白SDS-PAGE电泳结果如下图:

1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human ACE2 protein (His tag) at 2μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike Protein (RBD, mFc Tag)(40592-V05H), the EC50 of SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike Protein (RBD, mFc Tag) is 15-50 ng/mL.
2. Loaded Human ACE2 Protein (His tag) (Cat. No. 10108-H08H) on SA Biosensor, can bind SARS-CoV-2/2019-nCoV Spike/RBD Protein (RBD, mFc Tag) (Cat. No. 40592-V05H) with an affinity constant of 0.562 nM as determined by Octet RED System.
