云向 大家好，我在提RNA ,但在配DEPC水时，和以往有点小不同，以前DEPC都是过夜才容的，有时甚至过夜也不容，但这次我刚加进去，大概等了一个多点就融了，中间我摇晃了三四次，我放在37度恒温箱中了，我很奇怪，这次为什么容那么快，会不会有问题，对了，我是在温水中假的depc水，大家谁还遇到过这种现象，不知道影不影响RNA的提取？ 外源RNA酶清除剂 没问题，本来DEPC就很容易溶于水。
