描述
OneComp eBeads 可与小鼠、大鼠和仓鼠来源的抗体结合,且不依赖于免疫球蛋白轻链结合。微球是可通过单独的荧光染料偶联抗体进行染色的球形颗粒,可作为单色补偿对照品使用。每滴微球含有两类:阳性微球将捕获任何小鼠、大鼠或仓鼠抗体,而阴性微球将不与抗体发生反应。向微球中加入荧光染料偶联抗体时,会有阳性和阴性群结果。这种双峰分布在多色流式细胞实验中可作为单色补偿对照品使用。
OneComp eBeads 与某些兔源抗体存在交叉反应,但是我们尚未对这种交叉反应进行全面测试。OneComp eBeads 设计用于补偿由蓝色 (488 nm)、绿色 (532 nm)、黄绿色 (561 nm) 和红色 (633-635 nm) 激光激发的荧光染料。这种产品与 eFluor™ 450 兼容,但是不适合对其他由紫色 (405 nm) 激光激发的荧光染料进行补偿。
