产品概述
本产品是采用探针法进行One Step RT-qPCR反应的专用试剂。使用本制品进行以RNA为模板的RT-qPCR 反应可在同一反应管内连续进行，操作简单，提高检测通量，并能有效防止污染。One Step qRT-PCR由于可以对扩增产物进行实时检测，大大提高了检测灵敏度，非常适合于RNA病毒等微量RNA的检测。
本制品中使用了适合于RT-qPCR 的反转录酶 PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase和具有高扩增效率和高扩增特异性的C-SsoRobust Taq DNA聚合酶，能进行稳定的 One Step RT-qPCR 反应。
