    Papain, Suspension，木瓜蛋白酶，悬浮液
    木瓜蛋白酶是从番木瓜胶乳中提取的一种巯基蛋白酶。其分子量为23kDa，最适pH范围为6.0-7.0。木瓜蛋白酶对亮氨酸甲酯的作用产生一种不溶性的聚亮氨酸肽。木瓜蛋白酶破坏软骨的细胞间基质。木瓜蛋白酶被半胱氨酸、硫化物和亚硫酸盐激活。稳定剂有EDTA、半胱氨酸和二巯基乙醇。


    稳定性/储存：在2-8°C下稳定约6个月。不要冷冻含水悬浮液。


    技术说明：木瓜蛋白酶制剂在使用前应在活化液中孵育，以确保充分的活性。应用包括抗体片段化和原代/神经细胞分离。

    单位定义


    在含有1.1 mM EDTA、0.067 mM巯基乙醇和5.5 mM半胱氨酸HCl的溶液中活化30分钟后，One Unit在25°C、pH 6.2下每分钟水解1微摩尔的苯甲酰基-L-精氨酸乙酯。
