本试剂盒用于血清中免疫球蛋白IgA 的体外定量测定。血清中的免疫球蛋白IgA 与试剂中特异性的IgA 抗体，形成抗原抗体复合物而产生浊度，其浊度高低在一定量抗体存在时与血清中IgA 成比。通过测定特定波长的吸光度值，参照校准曲线即可计算出血清中IgA 的含量。
IgA在血清中的含量仅次于IgG，占血清Ig总量的10～20%。IgA有单体（1个基本结构）、双体（2个基本结构）或多聚体（若干个基本结构，由J链连结）等不同形式。血清中的为血清型IgA，主要为7S单体。各种分泌液，如唾液、眼泪、汗液、初乳、呼吸道及消化道分泌液中的IgA为分泌型IgA(SIgA)，由二聚体及多聚体构成，此外还有分泌小体存在。分泌小体有助于分泌型IgA抵抗蛋白酶的水解和促使IgA通过分泌组织的粘膜进入分泌液内。分泌型IgA具有明显的保护体表，防御病原入侵的功能。
样本要求空腹采血并尽快分离血清，避免溶血。若不能及时测定，请尽快置于-20℃保存，避免反复冻融。
性能指标
性状：R1 为无色液体，R2 为无色液体；
试剂空白吸光度：A340nm(1.0cm)≦0.2；
灵敏度：试剂检测下限≦0.1g/L
线性范围：0.1～5.50g/L，判定依据：r2≧0.990；
准确度：测得值在质控品规定偏差范围内；
精密度：批内CV≦6.0%；批间相对极差≦10.0%.
注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒用于血清中免疫球蛋白IgA 的体外定量测定。血清中的免疫球蛋白IgA 与试剂中特异性的IgA 抗体，形成抗原抗体复合物而产生浊度，其浊度高低在一定量抗体存在时与血清中IgA 成比。通过测定特定波长的吸光度值，参照校准曲线即可计算出血清中IgA 的含量。
IgA在血清中的含量仅次于IgG，占血清Ig总量的10～20%。IgA有单体（1个基本结构）、双体（2个基本结构）或多聚体（若干个基本结构，由J链连结）等不同形式。血清中的为血清型IgA，主要为7S单体。各种分泌液，如唾液、眼泪、汗液、初乳、呼吸道及消化道分泌液中的IgA为分泌型IgA(SIgA)，由二聚体及多聚体构成，此外还有分泌小体存在。分泌小体有助于分泌型IgA抵抗蛋白酶的水解和促使IgA通过分泌组织的粘膜进入分泌液内。分泌型IgA具有明显的保护体表，防御病原入侵的功能。
样本要求空腹采血并尽快分离血清，避免溶血。若不能及时测定，请尽快置于-20℃保存，避免反复冻融。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
