本试剂盒可测各种动物的血清、血浆、红细胞、组织及组织液等样本中黄嘌呤氧化酶的活力。黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase XOD)主要存在于哺乳动物的乳汁及肝脾中，属需氧脱氢酶类，是体内核酸代谢中的重要酶，在肝细胞损伤时，此酶早于SGPT释放于血清中，并且升高明显，其对鉴别肝细胞性黄疸及阻塞性黄疸有明显的测定意义，并且在缺氧过程中黄嘌呤脱氢酶很快形成黄嘌呤氧化酶，其对自由基的产生起了重要作用。
XOD可催化次黄嘌呤生成黄嘌呤，与此同时产生超氧阴离子自由基，当有电子受体及显色剂存在的情况下，生成紫红色结合物，根据后者生成量的多少可以推算出XOD的活力。
产品优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约30分钟，可测50左右个样本。
2、取样量微：本法取手指或耳垂等末梢血20l～50l即可测红细胞中的XOD，只需2ml
3、静脉血可测白细胞中的XOD及血小板中XOD，只需5mg左右组织就可测组织匀浆、胞浆中的XOD、0.2g组4、织可测线粒体及微粒体中的XOD。
5、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效。
6、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.6%。
7、回收试验： X =102.5%。
8、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
9、测试面广：可测动物血液、组织、各种体液、灌流液等、各种培养细胞、植物组织、各种水产等，效果均佳。
注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测各种动物的血清、血浆、红细胞、组织及组织液等样本中黄嘌呤氧化酶的活力。黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase XOD)主要存在于哺乳动物的乳汁及肝脾中，属需氧脱氢酶类，是体内核酸代谢中的重要酶，在肝细胞损伤时，此酶早于SGPT释放于血清中，并且升高明显，其对鉴别肝细胞性黄疸及阻塞性黄疸有明显的测定意义，并且在缺氧过程中黄嘌呤脱氢酶很快形成黄嘌呤氧化酶，其对自由基的产生起了重要作用。
XOD可催化次黄嘌呤生成黄嘌呤，与此同时产生超氧阴离子自由基，当有电子受体及显色剂存在的情况下，生成紫红色结合物，根据后者生成量的多少可以推算出XOD的活力。
