本试剂盒可测各种动物血清（浆）、组织、白细胞及某些中西药物等样本。模拟机体中黄嘌呤与黄嘌呤氧化酶反应系统，产生超氧阴离子自由基O·2，加入电子传递物质及显色剂，使反应体系呈现紫红色，可用分光光度计测其吸光度。当抗超氧阴离子的物质，例如：血清、组织等可抑制该反应使超氧阴离子自由基O·2减少，故比色时颜色变浅；而产生超氧阴离子的物质，例如：白细胞，有些抗肿瘤的药物，可增加此反应，使超氧阴离子自由基O·2增加，故比色时颜色变深。依据形成物的颜色深浅计算出抑制或产生超氧阴离子自由基O·2的能力强弱。

1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测各种动物血清（浆）、组织、白细胞及某些中西药物等样本。模拟机体中黄嘌呤与黄嘌呤氧化酶反应系统，产生超氧阴离子自由基O·2，加入电子传递物质及显色剂，使反应体系呈现紫红色，可用分光光度计测其吸光度。当抗超氧阴离子的物质，例如：血清、组织等可抑制该反应使超氧阴离子自由基O·2减少，故比色时颜色变浅；而产生超氧阴离子的物质，例如：白细胞，有些抗肿瘤的药物，可增加此反应，使超氧阴离子自由基O·2增加，故比色时颜色变深。依据形成物的颜色深浅计算出抑制或产生超氧阴离子自由基O·2的能力强弱。

2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
