In Vitro: Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (0-400 μM, 4 days) inhibits mRNA level of atopic dermatitis related genes (NELL2, CA2, AQP3, and HAS3 gene level) in IL‑4‑ and IL‑13‑induced keratinocytes.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (0-400 μM, 4 days) partially repaired the atopic dermatitis-like phenotype (the spongiosis like intercellular spaces) in the IL-4/IL-13-induced AD-like skin equivalent model.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (0-100 μM, 24 h) inhibits Sunitinib-induced autophagy, cardiomyocyte death in CCC-HEH-2 cells.
In Vivo: Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (150 mg/kg, i.p.) reduces plasma glucose and increases plasma GLP-1 in Streptozotocin (65 mg/kg, i.p.) induced type 1-like diabetic rats.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (50 mg/kg, i.p., once daily for 4 weeks) inhibits thyroiditis in the Iodine-induced murine model of autoimmune thyroiditis.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (50-200 mg/kg, i.p.,) inhibits Bleomycin (HY-108345)-induced pulmonary fibrosis IN rats.
